Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage IT consulting projects for banking clients.
• Plan and promote IT initiatives within bank IT departments.
• Oversee system development projects, including core banking rollouts.
• Define and implement processes and governance frameworks for IT departments based on industry best practices.
• Support IT investment planning and cost management initiatives.
• Design IT organizational structures and propose improvements.
• Leverage automation tools to improve IT operational efficiency.
• For managerial rank :
• Develop client proposals and manage contracts to expand IT engagements.
• Lead business development and sales activities.
• Build and manage consulting teams.
