Job Description – Digital Product Manager (Event Management Systems | NetSuite Platform)

Location : Singapore / Hybrid

Department : Product Management

Reports To :

Head of Product / Director, ERP Solutions

About the Role

We are seeking a Digital Product Manager with proven expertise in Event Management Systems (EMS) and product development on the Oracle NetSuite platform . You’ll drive the product roadmap, design user-centric workflows, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, automated, and integrated event management solutions for enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for event management modules within the NetSuite ecosystem .
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new features and automation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with developers, functional consultants, and UX teams to design and enhance EMS SuiteApps and integrations.
  • Own the full product lifecycle — from requirement gathering to release and post-launch performance analysis.
  • Translate business and functional requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
  • Liaise with clients, internal stakeholders, and engineering teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Drive sprint planning, prioritization, and release coordination across multiple workstreams.
  • Ensure compliance with Oracle SuiteApp certification standards and best practices.
  • Oversee integrations between NetSuite EMS, CRM, HRMS , and external systems (e.g., payment gateways, email / SMS automation).
  • Monitor KPIs such as event ROI, user engagement, and system adoption.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5–8 years of experience in digital product management, preferably in ERP or SaaS domains.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite (SuiteCloud, SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics).
  • Strong understanding of event management systems, CRM, and workflow automation.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication, analytical thinking, and project management skills (Agile / Scrum exposure preferred).

  • Experience with SuiteApp certification and NetSuite ERP custom modules.
  • Familiarity with enterprise event workflows and digital transformation projects.
  • Exposure to HRMS, Finance, or Membership Management systems.
