Frontend Engineer – Marketplace, Web Frontend Platform

Responsibilities

Own R&D support for websites, documentation, and business operations, building agile platforms enabling rapid iteration.

Proactively identify business pain points by mastering workflows, then drive technical solutions for core systems / modules to accelerate product evolution.

Co‐build flexible, intelligent business platforms supporting complex multi‐scenario operations, while contributing to architectural roadmap planning.

Independently deliver mid‐scale projects (end‐to‐end ownership), ensuring timelines / quality through cross‐functional collaboration and resource management.

Enforce code quality as active reviewer, providing actionable feedback on performance, stability, and best practices.

Position Requirements

BS+ in CS / related field with 3+ years Java development.

Mastery of scaling patterns for large‐scale web services.

Deep middleware knowledge : distributed caching, message queues, RPC frameworks.

Sharp problem‐solving skills with business‐to‐tech translation ability; strong cross‐functional leadership.

Fluent English (verbal + technical documentation).

Passionate technologist with ownership mindset; preference for big data experience.

This position is contracted with : Subsidiary of Alibaba Group.
