Roles & Responsibilities

Benefits Summary :

  • Basic up to $2,800
  • Monday to Friday 9am to 6.30pm
  • Location : Kaki Bukit

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee daily sales operations and order processing (POs, DOs, SOs, quotations, invoices)
  • Manage high volumes of customer inquiries and provide timely support
  • Maintain communication with key customers as needed
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and Marketing teams
  • Assist in preparing tender documents and reports
  • Attend regular product training sessions conducted by vendors
