Roles & Responsibilities

Roles :

  • Identify new hospitality and residential project opportunities locally and regionally.
  • Create strong sales pipeline; develop and maintain relationship with new and potential interior designers.
  • Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Pitch our products and service offerings to potential clients.
  • Develop quotes and proposals for clients.
  • Support designers and architects with the objective of having our materials specified.
  • Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements.
  • Stay ahead of industry developments and maintain a keen eye on competitive products, features and strengths in relation to ours.
  • Do sales projections and work with team to achieve targets.

Requirements

  • Strong writing and communication skills (English and Mandarin).
  • Relevant Experience in sales, marketing or related field
  • Sales Driven / Target Driven with client management and relationship activities, preferably in a professional services environment
  • A confident team player with excellent interpersonal and time management skills
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Resourceful, proactive and able to flourish with minimal guidance
