Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

Dependable Solutions Partner Pte Ltd

  • We are a well-established growing company, ready for the next phase of expansion.

Responsibilities :

  • Prepare sales invoices and payment vouchers
  • Handle petty cash claims and reimbursements
  • Scan, file, and organize company records and documents
  • Manage general administrative duties such as data entry and correspondence
  • Assist in office management tasks and support daily operations
  • A full set of accounts
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

    • Requirements :

  • At least 2 year of administrative & accounts experience in Singapore
  • Accounting knowledge (full-set accounting required)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Organized, responsible, and able to work independently
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Experience in the construction industry or project-based work will be an advantage
