Key Responsibilities

Billing and Invoicing

  • Billing and Invoicing
  • Create, review, and send invoices to clients
  • Track payments and follow up with clients for overdue accounts
  • Maintain accurate records of outstanding receivables

Reporting and Data Management

  • Prepare and update financial and operational dashboards using Excel
  • Generate detailed and accurate reports to support decision-making
  • Administrative and Project Support

  • Coordinate office relocation projects, including logistics, vendor management, and planning
  • Organize internal company events, such as team-building activities and seminars
  • Provide administrative support for ad-hoc initiatives and ensure smooth execution of projects
  • Candidate Profile and Experience

    Ideal Candidate

  • Detail-oriented and organized : You have a keen eye for detail and take pride in producing high-quality work
  • Excel-savvy : Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and complex formulas, are a must
  • Knowledgeable in basic accounting : You understand core concepts like payment tracking and invoice management
  • Adaptable and autonomous : You thrive in dynamic environments and can manage multiple tasks and projects independently
  • Personable and professional : Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external partners
  • Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Singaporean Citizenship
  • Minimum Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration or finance or accounting
  • 2–3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience in the tech or software industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required
