Job descriptionDiploma in Electrical or a relevant engineering field Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply Proactive and self-motivated Strong customer service and communication skills Prior experience in meter management is advantageous but not mandatory Candidates with the willingness to learn new skills will also be considered Interaction with customers either through email correspondence or in-person meetings at customer locations Working Hours : 8.30am - 6.00pm (Monday - Friday) We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified. Job Description :
- Coordinate with vendors for meter installation arrangement
- Address customer queries regarding metering concerns
- Attend to and troubleshoot any metering faults
- Investigate site abnormalities resulting from power surges or drops in energy consumption
- Perform meter accuracy tests upon customer request
- Follow up on meter readings not obtained by vendors or the Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) system
- Process daily tasks though the K2 workflow and coordinate with vendors for subsequent periodic meter readings or installations
- Communicate with SP Group regarding customer inquiries related to metering and replacement of faulty meters
- Manage meter inventory
