Supply Chain Management (6 months contract) - Islandwide, SG

Roles & Responsibilities

Inventory & Supply Planning

• Monitor demand and plan supply needs accurately.
• Lead regular meetings with the Project Manager to review inventory and forecasts.
• Analyze data, prepare forecasts, and update them in the procurement system.
• Set forecast limits and approve submissions.
• Track slow-moving items and take action to meet inventory targets.
• Plan ahead to keep stock levels at the right balance.
• Monitor inventory across all product lines and track Days of Supply (DOS) and forecast accuracy.
• Coordinate supply chain activities to support Singapore and regional teams.
• Work with internal teams and external partners to align on demand, supply plans, production, and shipping status.
• Process procurement data weekly and improve drop shipment processes.
• Create purchase orders and manage product pricing in SAP, including updates and approvals.
• Work with Product Managers and Japan HQ to solve pricing issues and release updated price files.
• Manage weekly shipping schedules and dispatch plans.
