Job descriptionPartner with clients to analyze business processes and challenges within trade finance and supply chain finance. Design end-to-end solution architectures, integrating our client’s platform with systems such as core banking, ERP, and compliance tools. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate client needs into scalable solutions. Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for trade finance workflows, regulatory compliance (e.g., KYC / AML), and digital transformation initiatives. Support pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations, proposals, and solution workshops. Lead implementation planning to ensure smooth onboarding and successful client delivery. Provide feedback to internal teams to influence product roadmap and innovation. Essential : Strong domain expertise in trade finance, supply chain finance, or corporate banking. 5–10 years of experience in solution management, product implementation, or business analysis within fintech or financial services. Knowledge of processes such as invoice financing, receivables finance, and KYC / AML compliance. Familiarity with ERP systems, APIs, and integrations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Temenos). Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Bonus : Exposure to blockchain, cloud-based platforms, or RegTech solutions.
