A research-intensive public university, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore (NTU Singapore) has about 35,000 undergraduate and postgraduate students in the Business, Computing & Data Science, Engineering, Humanities, Arts, & Social Sciences, Medicine, Science, and Graduate colleges.
Centre for Teaching, Learning and Pedagogy (CTLP), is organized into two teams — The Faculty Development Team & the Teaching and Learning Strategies (TLS) Team.

We are looking for someone to manage research projects to support higher education research and development for the CTLP under InsPIRE.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and drive research projects in collaboration with a team of experts in higher education at CTLP under InsPIRE.Manage all phases of quantitative and qualitative research including literature review, research design, data collection, data analysis, and report writing.Liaise with faculty and university stakeholdersProvide other assistance where required related to projects initiated by CTLP.Job Requirements
Master’s degree in education preferred.Applicants with significant research experience without master’s degrees are welcome to apply.Must have completed some advanced statistics (such as multiple regression analysis, ANOVA and factor analysis) and qualitative methods courses.Strong interpersonal skills to work with various university stakeholders.Highly motivated to work in a university setting and strong interest in education research.Competency in the use of Microsoft Office, SPSS, NVivo and survey tools, such as Qualtrics.A strong candidate for this position has experience, knowledge, skills, and interest in education research and is competent in quantitative methods (such as multiple regression analysis, ANOVA and factor analysis) and qualitative methods (such as focus groups interviews and coding).This person must have strong collaborative and interpersonal skills to work with a team of experts in teaching and learning, and to liaise with various university stakeholders.We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
