With a newly awarded residential building project , they are looking for a Senior Project Manager / Project Manager to lead the development from concept to completion .

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of residential building projects .
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery .
• Monitor site progress, budgets, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Conduct project meetings, provide progress reports, and proactively address issues or delays.
• Mentor and guide project / site teams to ensure high performance and morale .
