Job Description
We are seeking a detail-focused and organized office administrator to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Greet and welcome customers, manage daily front desk duties, and handle incoming phone calls.
- Provide administrative support by generating invoices, scanning, printing, emailing, filing, etc.
- Promote current promotions, encourage customers to engage with our page, and write feedback and account sign-ups.
- Assist customers with accident reports and vehicle repairs.
- Liaise with customers on vehicle repair and collection.
Requirements & Additional Information
Prior experience in administration / customer service / telemarketing.Excellent communication skills, proactive, and pleasant demeanor.Strong clerical skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.
