Job Summary : The Group Food & Beverage Director is responsible for overseeing and driving the operational excellence, profitability, and guest satisfaction of the Food & Beverage departments across multiple properties. This role involves strategic leadership in developing the F&B team, creating innovative products and promotions, and ensuring the highest standards of quality, service, and compliance are met across all outlets within the hotel group.Key Responsibilities : - Lead, train, and inspire F&B managers, supervisors, and culinary teams to consistently achieve and exceed established food preparation and service standards.- Oversee and manage the overall operations of the Food & Beverage departments across the hotel group, ensuring consistency in service delivery, safety, hygiene, and compliance with corporate policies.- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer relations and guest experiences, maintaining well-developed interpersonal skills.- Collaborate with property-level F&B teams to innovate and drive revenue growth through new product offerings, concepts, and promotions.- Plan, forecast, and manage the financial performance of the F&B departments, including budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.- Monitor performance to ensure all financial targets are met, working closely with property managers to adjust strategies where necessary.- Provide strong leadership, fostering a positive work environment and offering guidance and professional development for employees at all levels.- Ensure efficient day-to-day operations of F&B services across properties, providing strategic direction and support to property teams.- Utilize effective communication and leadership skills to influence, motivate, and lead teams across multiple locations.- Make sound business decisions based on thorough financial analysis, demonstrating integrity and leading by example.- Implement and maintain the highest standards in customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction and long-term loyalty.- Support teams in understanding guest needs and coach staff to enhance service delivery, addressing and resolving guest complaints promptly and professionally.- Ensure F&B teams adhere to food handling, hygiene, and safety regulations, maintaining consistent standards across all properties.- Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure the timely acquisition of products and services that meet quality and cost requirements.- Monitor staffing levels to align with business demands and ensure optimal service delivery during peak times.- Continuously evaluate food quality, presentation, and service to maintain brand standards and guest expectations.- Support team development by identifying training needs, offering mentoring, and fostering professional growth opportunities.- Oversee compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling certifications and equipment maintenance.

Qualifications : - Diploma or degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field; specialization in Food & Beverage or Tourism Management is an asset.- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams across multiple locations.- Strong flexibility and adaptability to respond effectively to changing demands in a dynamic, multi-property environment.- Expertise in inventory management, ensuring cost control and operational efficiency.- Excellent conflict resolution abilities, with a proactive approach to handling challenges and guest complaints.- Capacity to perform well under pressure while maintaining a high standard of service.- Strong multitasking abilities, managing various responsibilities across properties efficiently.- Exceptional organizational skills, with a focus on operational excellence and attention to detail.
