Job Description :

As a seasoned audit professional, you will oversee a portfolio of statutory audits and special assurance engagements. Your key responsibility is to ensure the highest level of audit quality and risk management.

• Develop and manage a team of audit professionals, overseeing a diverse portfolio of audit clients across various industries.
• Direct and execute external audit engagements, including planning, risk assessment, fieldwork execution, and review of final reports.
• Take on the role of Engagement Partner, reviewing and approving audit documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and firm policies.
• Direct multiple audit engagements, focusing on delivering exceptional results and precision.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality audit assurance services while adhering to ACRA's regulations.
• Implement the System of Quality Management (ISQM 1 & 2).
• Participate in EQCR / consultation processes as needed.
• Interact with stakeholders and regulators as necessary.
• Build strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice on financial reporting and compliance.
• Contribute to business development initiatives through proposals, networking, and referrals to expand the firm's services.
• Develop and retain high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative and learning-focused culture.
• Maintain adherence to all relevant auditing standards in Singapore.
• Collaborate with partners to advance firm growth, innovation, and professional representation.
