Roles & Responsibilities
Location : Ang Mo Kio
Salary : Up to $3,000
Working hours : 9am to 6pm
Responsibilities
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), invoices, and quotations
- Coordinate with warehouse team (Tuas) via email for delivery schedules and stock availability
- Maintain accurate records of customer details, pricing, and product information
- Monitor and follow up on pending orders, deliveries, and invoicing issues
- Liaise with Sales, Warehouse, and Finance teams to ensure smooth operations
- Respond to internal and external queries related to orders and documentation
- Assist in generating monthly sales reports and tracking order status
- Support ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as assigned
Requirements
