Job Title : Associate, Dispute Resolution (2-6PQE)

An International law firm is hiring an experienced Dispute Resolution lawyer for their market leading Disputes and Insolvency practice.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage commercial litigation matters, including injunctions, disclosure applications, asset recovery and enforcement.
  • Advise on a broad range of contentious matters, including trust, funds, corporate disputes, and cross-border commercial litigation.
  • Handle complex insolvency and restructuring cases, including liquidations, receiverships, schemes of arrangement, debt recovery, and directors' duties.
  • Represent a diverse client base such as insolvency practitioners, financial institutions, corporates, directors, shareholders, and high net-worth individuals.
  • Advise on enforcement of security and regulatory investigations involving service providers and individuals.

Education, Skills & Experience :

  • Common law qualified lawyer with a minimum of 2-6 years post qualification experience.
  • Strong academic background and technical legal expertise.
  • Commercially minded and client-focused, with a drive to contribute to business development.
  • Proven experience in litigation, insolvency and restructuring, preferably with cross-border exposure.
