The Challenges
- As a Business Development Manager, the candidate will focus on identifying and securing new business, particularly in General Freight (Air & Sea), with the goal of boosting company profitability.
- Key responsibilities include proactively targeting potential clients in line with company goals, following up on leads, and analyzing market trends to uncover new opportunities.
- The role also involves participating in customer relationship initiatives to enhance retention and growth, while collaborating with Commercial and Operations teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
