Roles & Responsibilities

• Working Location : East (Walking distance from Kaki Bukit MRT)
• AWS + Variable Bonus Provided
• Working hours : 9 am to 5 30 pm (Monday to Friday)

Sales Coordinator

A Japanese manufacturing company is hiring for a Sales Coordinator to work in Kaki Bukit.

Job Requirements :

➤Provide administrative support to the sales team, including documentation, database management, and coordination, to ensure smooth sales operations.

➤Respond to customer inquiries, process orders, and assist in resolving sales-related matters.

➤Oversee inventory management, including creating new product records in the item master, tracking customer Purchase Orders and outstanding orders with the factory, and ensuring timely delivery.

➤Entering Purchase Orders promptly, maintaining weekly reschedule reports, and coordinating shipments or local deliveries with forwarders through the customer portal.

➤Manage resale / purchase prices and / or price discrepancy in backlog against Customer's Purchase Orders and update databases following quarterly or annual cost-down adjustments.

➤Perform general support tasks such as daily filing of delivery order acknowledgements and posting updates in databases.

Job Requirements :

➤At least 2- 3 years of related work experience

➤Committed and able to work long-term in an organization

➤Proficiency and competency in MS Office.

➤Prior working experience as a sales coordinator or in a similar role will be an added advantage.
