Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Facility Operations & Risk Management

Manage daily operations of critical data center facility systems.

Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Respond promptly to emergent failures and mitigate availability risks.

Track and report on operational performance of COLO partners.

Capacity & System Management

Manage power and cooling capacity planning.

Drive projects to improve system capacity, efficiency, and reliability.

Establish performance benchmarks and prepare analytical reports.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

Build and manage relationships with colocation service providers.

Work with procurement teams to influence SLA improvements and strategy.

Support IT managers in project execution and daily operations.

Partner with design and project teams for new site / hall construction and commissioning.

Health, Safety & Compliance

Ensure a safe, efficient, and compliant working environment.

Maintain operational excellence with a focus on minimizing downtime and risks.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline.
• 3+ years of critical facility management / operations in a large-scale data center, or 5+ years in large-scale production facility management (plant operations).
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems including UPS, generators, chillers, pumps, and cooling towers .
• Proven ability to identify operational risks and drive timely resolution.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to safety and efficiency.
