KEY

RESPONSIBILITIES : Main

Accountabilities

To assist the

Project Manager in site supervision works

To

co-ordinate sub-contract works. Prepare method statements and check

drawing discrepancies

Manage and ensure timely

completion of construction / civils works

Plan

and prepare programme and lead the Civils Team

Control and maintain the safe and smooth progress of

civils work

Carry out works scheduling,

material requisition, cost control, project supervision and

documentation

Ensure timely and smooth

progress of works

Responsible for all aspects

of site

safety

PRE-REQUISITES :

MUST have a recognized Civil Engineering Degree or

Diploma in C.E / Structural / Building

3 - 5

years experience working on Infrastructure projects for a

contractor.

Possess Building Construction

Supervisor Safety Course or similar certification

Project experience within : Highways, Cycling Paths,

Railway, Road Construction & Maintenance work, Bridges,

Drainage, Earthwork and Soil Improvement works would be

ideal.

Good communication & interpersonal

skills

Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with a high

level of professionalism and integrity

Good

team player and adaptable to a dynamic

environment
