Roles & Responsibilities

About the Role :

We're looking for a Cloud Adoption Lead to drive the onboarding and adoption of tenants onto the Authority's cloud platform. You'll play a key role in guiding teams through cloud migration, improving onboarding processes, and ensuring a smooth transition for all stakeholders.

What You'll Do :

Lead business and technical discussions to support onboarding to cloud platforms.
Work with internal teams and partners to resolve onboarding challenges.
Recommend enhancements to improve adoption, processes, and user experience.
Prepare onboarding guides, reports, and dashboards for progress tracking.
Collaborate with teams to design training and knowledge materials for cloud services.
Drive change management and communication initiatives.

What We're Looking For :

Degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 4 years of IT experience, preferably in cloud or infrastructure.

Strong understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.).

Hands-on experience in project delivery or full SDLC implementation.

Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Cloud certifications (AWS, Microsoft, Google, VMware, or Nutanix) preferred.
