Roles and

responsibilities

To

perform maintenance and cleanliness on crane

Daily check before starting work, operator are fill up

crane log book and lifting log book as per MOM guideline

To ensure all lifting gears are in good order and have a

valid certificate

To perform any assignment

related to his scope of work assigned by the controller

Follow safe working procedures and site in house

regulations. Be a team member with jobsite personnel i.e

supervisor, safety officer, rigger / signalman

Report to controller if there is any unsafe lifting

activities requested by jobsite

Submission of

completed delivery order to controller

timely

Requirement

• Class 5 driving licence

Mobile crane

licence (MOM) min 5 years

Familiar in

operating of 60 to 100 ton mobile crane regardless of any

brands
