Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce & Digital Performance Marketing
Plan and optimize digital campaigns (SEM, SEO, social) to improve traffic and ROIRun A / B testing and conversion funnel optimizationCollaborate with sales teams to ensure competitive positioning across marketsLoyalty & Personalization
Develop loyalty programs and engagement campaignsUse customer data and AI to drive personalization and increase retentionAdvocate for customer-first strategies in marketing initiativesAnalytics & AI Integration
Monitor competitor activity and evaluate campaign performanceBuild dashboards to report on key metrics (acquisition, retention, conversion)Pilot and implement AI tools such as chatbots and predictive analyticsRequirements
3–4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience (regional or multi-market preferred)Strong knowledge of SEM, SEO, and social performance campaignsExperience in e-commerce, loyalty, or personalization strategiesProficient in marketing analytics and dashboard toolsExposure to AI-driven marketing tools is an advantageFamiliarity with CMS / e-commerce platforms like Sitecore is a plusStrong communication and collaboration skillsPlease kindly send in your updated CV to candy.lim@peopleprofilers.com .
