Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in accounting principles, a keen eye for accuracy, and the ability to manage both routine and ad-hoc finance tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Apply basic accounting knowledge, including double-entry bookkeeping and accounting terms (e.g., purchase returns, sales returns).
Prepare and support Quarterly GST reporting.
Communicate with vendors to address payment inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and maintain strong working relationships.
Handle petty cash management.
Process invoices with accuracy and efficiency.
Ensure timely payments to suppliers.
Reconcile supplier payments against bank statements.
Perform ad-hoc finance duties as assigned.
Requirements
At least a Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
Basic knowledge of double entries and accounting terms.
Familiarity with GST reporting will be an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail, with good organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
