Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive individual to contribute to regulatory policy efforts supporting Singapore’s growing electric vehicle (EV) ecosystem.

Play a key role in shaping regulations to ensure the safety, reliability, and accessibility of EV charging services.
Work in a fast-paced environment with opportunities to influence nation-wide sustainable initiatives.

Responsibilities :

Contribute to the formulation and implementation of EV-related regulatory policies and licensing frameworks.

Translate regulatory requirements into actionable operational guidelines and processes.

Liaise with EV charging operators to ensure compliance and address non-conformance issues.

Assist in shaping and administering the licensing regime under the Electric Vehicles Charging Act (EVCA).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and industry stakeholders to support regulatory implementation.

Provide policy advice to support safe and business-friendly EV charging infrastructure rollout.

Job Requirements :

Background in regulatory policy, compliance, or a related discipline.

Prior experience in policy development, regulatory operations, or licensing work.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.

Able to multitask and manage various initiatives simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving ability to recommend efficient use of regulatory resources.

Interest or foundational knowledge in EV systems or electrical infrastructure will be advantageous.
