Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather data from systems, platforms, logs, and records.
  • Clean and organize raw data to prepare it for analysis.
  • Standardize data to ensure consistency.
  • Assist in analyzing performance metrics.
  • Generate monthly reports to compare efficiency and reliability.
  • Support cost analysis to identify savings opportunities.
  • Help map out current workflows.
  • Highlight bottlenecks using basic data visualizations.
  • Assist in testing or implementing digital tools.
  • Help document current vs future-state processes as part of SOP updates.
  • Prepare summary insights or dashboards for internal presentations.
  • Work with different teams to align operational data.
  • Attend transformation project meetings and provide data updates to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • Degree / Masters Degree in Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, or related fields
  • Strong proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus.
  • Exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets.
  • Interest in supply chain and operations improvement.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
