Job description
- Verification of tenant's new shop design proposal.
- Co-ordinate with Japanese Designers (from HQ) on the tenant's proposed new shop design and provide comments on the tenant's proposals.
- Co-ordinate with Japanese Designers (from HQ) on the merchandising departments' proposed store improvements and/or proposed renovation works.
- Design plans; preparation of in-detail drawings for renovation and store improvements.
- Able to produce drawing using Autocad, Photoshop, Design Software & Microsoft Office.
- Co-ordinate with in-house contractor/s as well as tenant's contractor on renovation design matters.
- Conduct checks on site/s to ensure compliance of store renovation works / approved design.
- Any other job-related duties as and when assigned by the company.
