Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies that align with business objectives while ensuring cost‑effectiveness and optimal supplier performance.
• Perform administrative tasks, including SAP updates, Excel tracking, price comparisons, and RFQ management.
• Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable contracts, pricing, and terms while managing compliance and risk effectively.
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and process enhancement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as R&D, Operations, and Finance to align sourcing strategies with organizational needs.
• Drive initiatives for supplier diversity and sustainability, actively promoting corporate social responsibility within the sourcing function.
• Identify and address potential risks in the supply chain to ensure continuity of supply and prevent disruptions.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for sourcing activities, providing regular analysis and reports to management.
