Job descriptionPlan, review, and improve abacus and mental arithmetic programmes. Work with management on strategies to enhance teaching methods and introduce new initiatives. Liaise with schools, parents, and community partners to promote programmes. Support outreach activities to increase student enrolment and strengthen parent engagement. Supervise and support teaching and admin staff to ensure quality lessons. Guide teachers in lesson standards, student progress tracking, and programme quality. Provide leadership, coaching, and feedback to staff for improvement. Track student performance and provide progress updates to parents and management. Handle submission of reports and records as required. Undertake any other tasks assigned from time to time. At least 2 years of relevant experience in managing a student care centre, tuition centre, kindergarten, or enrichment centre. Polytechnic Diploma or higher qualification. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with parents and children. Meticulous, well-organized, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
