Job Scope / Key Responsibilities
Administration
- Manage daily operations and administration of the centre.
- Assist in developing policies and procedures to ensure smooth running of classes and activities.
- Support in preparing the annual budget.
Programme & Service Development
Plan, review, and improve abacus and mental arithmetic programmes.Work with management on strategies to enhance teaching methods and introduce new initiatives.Networking & Outreach
Liaise with schools, parents, and community partners to promote programmes.Support outreach activities to increase student enrolment and strengthen parent engagement.Operations
Supervise and support teaching and admin staff to ensure quality lessons.Guide teachers in lesson standards, student progress tracking, and programme quality.Provide leadership, coaching, and feedback to staff for improvement.Track student performance and provide progress updates to parents and management.Handle submission of reports and records as required.Other Duties
Undertake any other tasks assigned from time to time.Requirements
At least 2 years of relevant experience in managing a student care centre, tuition centre, kindergarten, or enrichment centre.Polytechnic Diploma or higher qualification.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with parents and children.Meticulous, well-organized, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Why Join Us?
