Job descriptionDevelop 3D models and prepare shop drawings for authority submission and construction purposes using BIM software Update 3D models based on the latest project information and ensure accuracy of drawings Monitor, identify, and report design clashes to the Project Design Team Support the Project Design Team in managing RFIs and technical clarifications Ensure timely submission of drawings according to project schedules Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering and minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the local construction industry (experience with contractor firms preferred) Proficient in BIM software such as Revit (Architecture, MEP, Structure), Tekla, and MicroStation (AECOsim) Hands-on experience in preparing shop drawings for submission and construction Must possess prior modeling experience in both Architectural and Structural disciplines.
