Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent frontline service to patients, families, and clinical staff.
- Coordinate and confirm operating theatre bookings to ensure smooth scheduling.
- Support patient registration, documentation, and insurance claims submission.
- Generate tax invoices and receipts; maintain accurate records.
- Manage appointment calendars and follow-up visits efficiently.
- Ensure strict confidentiality and compliance with healthcare policies.
- Collaborate closely with clinical teams to optimize patient flow.
- Provide administrative and clerical support as required.
Requirements
Essential :
GCE “O” Level or Diploma in Business Administration / Healthcare Management.Good communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Willingness to work rotating shifts, including alternate Saturdays.Preferred :
