Job descriptionKYC & Compliance : Complete existing client KYC reviews on time and assist RMs with preliminary due diligence for new client onboarding. Trade Execution : Execute client trade orders efficiently via phone under the RM's direction. Documentation : Organize and process trade documents, ensuring timely submission to respective departments. Post-Account Services : Prepare and send out essential client documents, such as welcome packages and regulatory letters (e.g., AI Opt-in). Regulatory Adherence : Ensure all documentation meets MAS compliance standards. Liaison : Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions and operations.
Key Requirements
- Experience : >
- Education : Bachelor's degree or higher (preferably in Finance / Business).
- Certification : Passed or preparing for CACS Paper 1 & 2.
- Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2 years as an RM or 3 years as an ARM in Premier Banking.
