Responsibilities
Programme Management
- Process and manage enrolled learners’ full journey under WSQ / Masterclasses / IHL Collaboration Programmes / Inbound & Outbound Programmes.
- Managing assigned course portfolio encompassing individual and corporate enrolments.
- Prepare materials and conduct Learner Orientation for new intakes.
- Liaise with Sales Department to facilitation the enrolment process.
- Setting up of Student Management System (AIMS) & Training Partner Gateway (TPG) to ensure prompt commencement of scheduled intakes.
Data Management
Prompt and timely updating of AIMS records.Maintain and update learner’s status in AIMS and Course Tracking Report (enrolment, defer, withdrawal, graduated, funding status etc).Track and monitor Learners’ evaluation survey, prepare report for Manager / HOD for analysis and intervention plans where necessary.Adult Educator Administration
Conduct briefing for Adult Educator to ensure course(s) assigned are delivered promptly.Examination Management
Coordinate with Academic Department on examination arrangement and implementation.Conduct validation of examination results for Manager / HOD approval prior to official release of results.Ad-hoc Assignments
Proactiveness in suggestions or improvement ideas for operational effectiveness and efficiency.Assist the Manager / HOD in ad-hoc assignments.Requirements
Possess at least a Diploma or equivalent, in any field.Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant experience in the PEI, Adult Training and Education industry.Familiar with CPE and SSG policies and guidelines.Meticulous, strong problem-solving and time-management skills.Good interpersonal skills and able to engage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.Highly adaptable, able to work independently and multi-task in a dynamic environment as well as function as a team player.Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.3. Responsibilities
As part of the Academic Operations Department and reporting directly to the Manager / HOD, this individual is required to work with various stakeholders consisting of internal departments, Government agencies to oversee grant management and disbursements to support the various SCCIOB programmes.
Grant Management – To prepare and seek approval for grant claim submissions, monitor and report grant utilization and disbursement status, oversee ad-hoc grant audits and queries.
Programme Management – To oversee all grant matters and policies pertaining to specific programme types. This includes evaluating funding applications, managing grant appeals, as well as budgeting and disbursement for the programme types.
Stakeholders’ Engagement – To manage internal and external stakeholders to best support the day-to-day functions of the Academic Operations Department.
Digitalise & Streamline Processes – To leverage on technology to develop, manage and review processes and control points to ensure effective and efficient administration of grant & operational matters.
Grant Performance Reporting – To conduct data analysis to draw insights on the financial position of SCCIOB, as well as the grant allocated, utilization & disbursement status for each programme type.
Ad-hoc Assignments - Mentor and supervise staff as assigned, undertake any special project as assigned by Reporting Officer.
Requirements
Diploma in Accountancy / Finance / Business and other quantitative fields.Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.Meticulous and numerically inclined.Strong critical thinking, problem-solving and project management skills.Good written and verbal communication skills.Good interpersonal skills and able to engage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.Highly adaptable, able to work independently and multi-task in a dynamic environment as well as function as a team player.Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
