What You'll Do :

• Understand client business problems and build, maintain, and evolve product roadmaps to generate impactful solutions.
• Facilitate analysis workshops with senior stakeholders, using agile methodologies to define vision, objectives, product roadmaps, and release plans.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear personas, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria to maximize value delivery.
• Act as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and cross-functional teams (developers, UX designers, architects, QA, and project managers).
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and software delivery outcomes.
• Collaborate with clients across industries to deliver business-critical software solutions that drive organizational transformation.
• Evangelize Agile, Lean, and Continuous Delivery best practices within the organization, mentoring junior analysts and contributing to communities of practice.
• Identify and articulate how emerging technology trends can be applied to solve real-world business challenges at scale.
• Build trusted relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders, ensuring shared outcomes, open communication, and effective collaboration.

What We're Looking For :

Technical Skills

Proven track record in delivering impactful

software solutions in agile, cross-functional teams.

Strong experience in requirement elicitation,

business process modeling, and creating functional specifications.

Skilled in designing and facilitating workshops

with business stakeholders to capture vision, objectives, and delivery plans.

Deep understanding of Agile, Lean, and

Continuous Delivery methodologies with hands-on experience applying them.

Ability to connect business strategy to delivery

outcomes with attention to detail in backlog management and story refinement.

Awareness of emerging tech trends and their

applications in digital transformation.
