Process payroll , attendance, time cards and handle payroll-related matters, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Upkeep and maintain all relevant HR files, employee records, upload certificates to the system accordingly in a timely manner.
Address payroll-related queries and perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Prepare payroll reports required by HR department
Administer training related matters including coordination or enrolment of training courses, update and maintain training record etc;
Perform any other and ad hoc work duties as assigned from time to time.
Driven, meticulous and able to multi-task and work independently
Strong working knowledge of payroll processing and administration.
Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in payroll processing and record-keeping.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Knowledge of Singapore's labour laws, CPF, tax regulations, and payroll standards is essential.
Strong communication skills to resolve employee queries and collaborate with HR, finance, and other teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years handling payroll.
Strong understanding of HR practices and payroll compliance
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience or knowledge of the logistics and service industry is preferred.
