Roles & Responsibilities

✨ Sales Associate / Senior Sales Associate (Watches & Jewelry) ✨

📍 Locations Available : Raffles City, ION Orchard, Marina Bay Sands

💰 Salary : $3,000 – $3,500 (depending on role & experience) + Commissions + Incentives

🕒 Work Hours : Retail rostered hours, including weekends & public holidays

🌟 What You’ll Do

Deliver personalized customer experiences that reflect luxury brand standards.
Build long-term client relationships and provide expert styling / product advice.
Drive sales by engaging, upselling, and cross-selling.
Act as a brand ambassador, upholding heritage and values.
Maintain boutique standards in stock, display, and housekeeping.
Support exciting in-store events, activations, and marketing campaigns.

💼 What We’re Looking For

Prior experience in luxury retail, ideally in watches, jewelry, or accessories.

Strong interpersonal skills and able to build long-term customer relationships

Professional, well-groomed, and presentable

Sales-driven and customer-focused with a track record of achieving targets.

Able to commit to retail hours (including weekends / public holidays).
