Roles & Responsibilities

• Read construction drawings to understand where to place steel bars (rebar)
• Cut, bend, and shape steel bars to the correct sizes
• Install and tie steel bars or mesh to support and strengthen concrete structures
• Work with other construction workers to prepare for concrete pouring
• Use tools and machines like cutters, benders, and tying tools
• Follow safety rules and wear protective equipment
• Keep tools clean and in good condition
• Check work quality before concrete is poured
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
• Experience with rebar tools and machinery is a plus
