Roles & Responsibilities

Morgan McKinley is hiring a dedicated Business Analyst to support our project onboarding and governance functions.

Job Responsibilities :

• Resource Management : Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes for project resources, including coordinating security clearances, assigning client assets, maintaining accurate resource information, and ensuring compliance with organizational and client requirements.
• Project Governance : Maintain and uphold project governance frameworks, standards, methodologies, and processes to ensure project consistency and quality.
• Documentation & Templates : Develop and manage project documentation, templates, and related materials to support project activities and reporting.
• Meeting Coordination : Arrange and coordinate project meetings, prepare presentations and decks, document decisions, meeting minutes, and action items to ensure clear communication and follow-up.
