Job Summary
We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to join a leading technology organization. This role will drive end-to-end product strategy and delivery across complex digital transformation initiatives. You will define vision and roadmap, guide multi-disciplinary teams, and work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver impactful, citizen- and business-focused technology solutions.
Mandatory Skill-set
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plusMust have at least 10+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of managing products or portfolios through full lifecycleMust have strong leadership skills with experience guiding cross-functional teams in complex stakeholder environmentsMust have demonstrated ability to define product strategy, translate vision into actionable roadmaps, and execute through deliveryMust have skills in market and user research, metrics definition (KPIs / OKRs), and data-driven decision-makingExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills at senior levelsFamiliarity with business process digitalization, data-driven products, or customer-facing platformsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and innovation mindsetAbility to operate effectively in fast-paced and ambiguous environmentsExperience with agile methodologies, digital transformation, and enterprise technology projectsDesired Skill-set
Experience in technology, enterprise, or regulated industriesPassion for leveraging technology to improve business outcomes and user experienceResponsibilities
Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with organizational goals and digital transformation objectivesLead and mentor product teams to execute on the roadmap and deliver measurable outcomesOversee the entire product lifecycle, from discovery and design to launch and continuous improvementConduct market and customer research to identify needs, trends, and opportunities for innovationCollaborate closely with engineering, design, and business teams to ensure alignment and delivery excellenceDevelop and maintain a comprehensive roadmap prioritizing initiatives by impact and feasibilityDefine, track, and report on key performance metrics to evaluate product success and guide decision-makingFoster a culture of innovation, data-driven experimentation, and continuous improvement within the product organizationChampion customer-centric design and ensure user feedback informs ongoing product developmentStay informed of emerging technologies and best practices to drive digital transformation and organizational capability growthShould you be interested in this career opportunity, please send in your updated resume to at the earliest.
