Senior / Business Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities

We are assisting our client, an established hospital group, who is seeking for a Business Analyst to join their team.

You will play a crucial role in analyzing and optimizing the company's business processes and systems.

Requirements :

• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and requirements to identify areas for improvement.
• Support the analysis of business requirements and feasibility studies of possible solutions and business cases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
• Gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and research.
• Create and analyze data reports to support business decision-making.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Assist in project management activities, including timeline creation and progress reporting.
• Test and validate system changes to ensure they meet business needs and requirements.
• Foster a collaborative environment and promote best practices in business analysis.
• Prepare and maintain requirements specification and IT Systems documentation such as functional specification, design specification, test specification, operation and user guide.
• Exhibit the ability to work independently and collaboratively within and across team(s).
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information.
• Employ excellent problem-solving skills and a systematic approach to challenges.
