Roles & Responsibilities

• The Mainframe Production Support Analyst will handle all support requests, incidents, issues and tickets to ensure flawless and quality delivery of service to end-users.
• Manage day to day issues including daily health checks of applications and processes, working closely with end users, development staff and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents and / or mitigate outages.
• Perform in-depth analysis of production problems, identifies root causes and recommends solutions to resolve application malfunctions and prevent recurrence.
• Ensure all incidents, incidents and changes are progressed efficiently and effectively to meet application service levels.
• Help in identifying, coordinating, and implementing initiatives / projects that promotes efficiency and optimization of daily processes.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve system efficiency and / or availability.Investigate production issues, determine production defect severity and provide workaround to user if feasible to move business forward
