Roles & Responsibilities

Job knowledge and experience

Responsible for providing personalized financial advice and wealth management solutions to high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs). The role involves developing and maintaining long-term client relationships, identifying investment opportunities, and delivering tailored banking, credit, and investment services. The candidate must act as a trusted advisor, ensuring clients’ financial goals are met while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and compliance. Successful candidate must be confident to bring USD50 million of assets during the first 3 month after onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients independently without advisory support in compliance with all regulatory and internal policies.
  • Provide customized financial advice, investment strategies, and wealth planning.
  • Cross-selling and up-selling opportunities for banking and investment products.
  • Achieve portfolio growth and revenue targets.

Job Requirements

  • Based in Singapore
  • Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics – Outstanding academic gradings, CFA (Required)
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in tier 1 private banks in wealth and relationship management.
  • Strong knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and credit solutions.
  • Experience in handling sensitive client information.
  • Need to have own clients with minimum AUM requirement of USD 100+ million.
  • Experience in developing North Asia market
  • Language proficiency (writing & speaking) – Fluency in English, and Chinese (Mandarin) to engage Mandarin-speaking clients.

    1. Financial and Investment Knowledge – Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, portfolio management, and wealth planning.

    2. Credit and Lending Expertise – Ability to structure and manage complex credit solutions for high-net-worth clients.

    3. Risk Management – Skill in assessing client risk profiles and ensuring portfolios align with regulatory and compliance standards.

    4. Regulatory Compliance – Familiarity with financial regulations, KYC (Know Your Customer), AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and fiduciary responsibilities.
