This role provides an opportunity to make significant contributions, particularly in Civil, Family and criminal litigation. Key Responsibilities Handle litigation matters in Civil cases. Conduct legal research, analyze case law, and prepare case strategies. Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, and motions with precision and accuracy. Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and trials. Work collaboratively with senior associates and partners on various aspects of case management. Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, providing updates and advice on case progress. Participate in team meetings and contribute to case discussions, supporting the firm's commitment to delivering high-quality legal services. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in litigation. Possess a law degree from a recognized institution in Singapore under the Legal Profession Act. Demonstrated ability in legal research, analysis, and drafting. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an aptitude for client interaction. A team player with a passion for litigation and an ability to work collaboratively.
