Roles & Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be working under the direct employment of our Education Client

  • Hybrid Work Arrangement where you will be deployed to preschools to conduct enrichment programmes

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Enrichment / Holiday Programmes / workshops according to the provided schedules and frequencies for preschool children
  • Adopt and use various teaching methods to facilitate active learning, encourage curiousity and enhance knowledge and learning to meet the objective for each programme
  • Monitor and assess the development and progress of each child, adjust the teaching strategies to achive the learning goals
  • Provide support for relevant administrative matters, adherence to company’s guidelines and practices
  • Maintain and upkeep records of attendance, progress, development and work closely with respective stakeholders in ensuring quality delivery of programmes and services
  • Provide mentorship / guidance to staff and freelance trainers
  • Responsible for the classroom management in ensuring a safe and conducive environment

    • Requirements

  • GCE O level / Higher NITEC / Diploma in any field of studies
  • Prior experience in Early Childhood Education sector is an added advantage.
  • Independent with initiatives while working off-site, as well as ability to engage children and resolve daily classroom issues on site
