Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Report to Project Manager / Site Manager
- Liaise with consultants for the submission and approval of materials and shop drawings
- Responsible for planning, programming and monitoring of work progress on site
- Ensure that adhere to local, state, and federal regulations, including environmental laws and safety standards
- Preparing permit applications and environmental impact statements
- Co-ordinate the inspection work
- Handle any engineering / technical issues
- Ensure site safety and proper execution of site work procedure on site
- Monitor and co-ordinate the works with subcontractors
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
