Summary
We are seeking
a talented and detail-oriented Creative Designer cum
Product Packaging Designer to join our team. This
role is ideal for a highly creative
professional with a strong portfolio showcasing
expertise in branding, digital design, and product
packaging . You will play a crucial role in
developing impactful visual content and packaging
designs that enhance brand identity and customer
engagement.

Key
Responsibilities
Packaging Design &
Branding : Design and develop visually
compelling product packaging that aligns with brand
identity and market trends.
Marketing & Promotional
Materials : Create engaging digital and
print marketing materials , including brochures,
social media content, advertisements, and reports.
Brand Identity Development :
Ensure consistent brand representation
across all design projects, including logo usage, typography, color
schemes, and visual assets.
Conceptualization &
Innovation : Collaborate with the
marketing and product teams to
conceptualize innovative design ideas for new product launches and
campaigns.
Industry & Market
Trend Analysis : Stay updated with the
latest design trends , packaging
innovations, and consumer preferences to create cutting-edge
visuals.
Project
Management : Handle multiple design
projects simultaneously , ensuring high-quality
execution and timely delivery.
Collaboration &
Communication : Work closely with
internal teams, suppliers, and printing
vendors to ensure accurate design implementation and
production
quality.
Requirements
Qualifications
Education : Diploma or Degree
in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Packaging
Design , or a related field.
Experience : Minimum
3 years of professional experience in
graphic design, branding, and / or product packaging, preferably
within FMCG, healthcare, or wellness
industries .
Portfolio : A strong
portfolio demonstrating expertise in
product packaging, branding, and digital marketing
materials.
Technical
Proficiency : Expert in Adobe Creative
Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop,
InDesign).
Experience with 3D rendering
software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D, KeyShot) for
packaging visualization is a plus.
Knowledge of
pre-press and printing processes for
packaging production.
Creative
& Analytical Skills : Strong ability to
conceptualize unique designs ,
understand consumer psychology, and align visuals
with marketing strategies .
Attention to Detail : High
level of precision in layout design, typography, and color
selection.
Time
Management : Ability to work in a
fast-paced environment , manage multiple projects,
and meet deadlines.
Communication Skills : Strong
interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate
with cross-functional teams and external
vendors .
Language
Requirement : Bilingual proficiency in
English and Mandarin (spoken & written) is
required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and
suppliers.
