Reporting to the General Manager of Food Atrium Division, the Head of Operations is responsible for the operations of Food Atriums in Singapore, in line with financial budgets, company expectations, policies and procedures.
With a primary objective is to drive optimal business performance, you will lead and coach the Operations Manager / Assistant Operations Manager and work closely with the Food Atrium Team to deliver the key performance indicators (KPI’s) set for Singapore market through top line sales growth and cost management to achieve the full potential in profitability of each atrium. The incumbent will also proactively drive new business initiatives and work with new operators in line with the business expansion plan.
