Job descriptionCandidates without sales experience may start as Operations Crew before progressing to Funeral Director role Possess a Class 3 / 3A driving license (advantage but not mandatory) Compassionate, respectful, and able to handle sensitive situations Prior sales (banking / insurance / B2C) or customer-facing experience (advantage)
Roles & Responsibilities
Location : Toa Payoh & Geylang Bahru
Working Days / Hours : 8am – 5pm, 5 / 6 work days on alternate rotation (including weekends)
Salary Range : Basic $2,600 – $3,500 (depending on experience) + Commissions + VB
Responsibilities
- Meet and liaise with families to understand their requirements
- Advise families on funeral service options and related matters
- Coordinate logistics, manpower, and setup for funeral services
- Work closely with Ops Crew to ensure seamless service delivery
- Perform night standby duties on a rotation basis, staying on-site when required (accommodation and facilities provided)
- Ensure all legal, cultural, and company guidelines are adhered to
- Maintain professionalism and composure in sensitive situations
