(A) Business Opportunity Sourcing
(B) Business Department Operations
Perform daily operational tasks for the Business Department, including :
Preparing board papers for Headquarters (HQ) approvals and updates
Monitoring and reporting weekly business news internally and to HQ
Conducting market and competitor analysis for strategic insights, with regular reporting to the General Manager (GM) and Management
(C) Tender Coordination & Support
Provide comprehensive support during the tender process :
Liaise with various departments to coordinate and compile complete and accurate tender submissions
Organize and lead Risk Assessment and Value Engineering sessions
Track and manage all follow-up actions related to each tender submission
Coordinate with consultants for Design & Build tenders
